Freedom… It’s most often spoke of in relation to our nation. But more deeply, you’ll notice that it’s an experience of being okay with whatever life has to offer. In other words, being in a state of flow.
Meditation trains the mind to enter this state of flow.
If you take a few minutes to close your eyes, relax your jaw, face, eye sockets, it will have a relaxation effect to the rest of your body. Simply follow your breath for a few minutes. Allow whatever comes and goes to come and go.
This is freedom. It’s also liberation from attachments to what creates anxiety and stress.
